The Husband’s Lament - 2025
Fade In
The Husband’s Lament is a short film based on the poem, The Wife’s Lament. This film is told from the point of view of the wife’s husband, Arvad, but with a twist. By the end of the story, the husband is revealed to be the man in The Wanderer! The film is told through a series of memories The Wanderer recalls while in exile. This script was written for a British Literature assignment. Due to the assignment’s restrictions, the script was shortened into a short film. However, I do intend to one day expand on this plot and turn this script into a feature length film in the future.

Summer of 2028?
This is the script I co-wrote with Anderia Arnette based off of Edmund Spencer’s The Faerie Queen. This story is meant to serve as this generations “Narnia". This script challenged my ability to tell a story that has already been told accurately but also with a fresh take. Not only that, but this project also grew my ability to collaborate, communicate and compromise for the betterment of the story.
Hello! It’s Bob - 2025

Hello! It’s Bob is a coming-of-age comedy about an old man, Bob, in search of his friend who has ceased to answer his phone calls. The film intends to serve as a reminder that by holding on too tightly to the past you miss the opportunities and relationships to be had in the present. This short film is loosely based off of a situation that happened within my own family a few years ago. This film was written for a Writing for Digital Media class and since then I have written a proposal for the film. Hello! It’s Bob was my first attempt at writing a short film as well as writing a comedy. Through this project I learned a lot about the art of scriptwriting.

This script tells a tale as old as time in a time not so long ago. It’s about an actress and a stagehand falling in love during the theatrical production of Beauty and the Beast. It is my hope that I will be able to make this script into a short film in the near future.

Passions of Paris is a short story I wrote for my friend as a Christmas gift. I’d describe Passions of Paris as a mix between The Prince and the Pauper, The Devil Wears Prada and a 1950s romance.
The story is set in a 1950s Paris where Lorraine Conrad is about to marry the nephew of famous fashion legend. Through this union, Lorraine is about to secure her dream of becoming a fashion designer. However, those dreams are shattered when she is kidnapped and replaced by her twin sister. It is up to her childhood best friend, West Archer, to rescue her before it’s too late. Above is a sample of the first chapter of the story.
Snow White and Rose Red Retelling

This book will merge the stories of Snow White and Snow White and Rose Red to tell a different side of the Grimm Brother’s classics.
This story is very close to my heart because my sister and I grew up reading the story of Snow White and Rose Red and so the characters are very sentimental to me. This book is meant to tell a different take on the story of Snow White and grow my writing skills.

Once Upon a Murder is a murder mystery that takes place during the royal ball where Prince Charming must select for himself a bride. However, at midnight a murder occurs! The suspects, fairytale characters from classic stories such as The Little Mermaid, Snow White, Jack and the Beanstalk and many others.
I can up with this story after reading the prompt for a creative writing competition at Cedarville University. Though I didn’t have the time to enter into the contest, I was able to come up with a story I plan on publishing in the future.
Fairytale Heist Novel

I can up with this idea when I wanted to read a heist story set in the fairytale world. However, after searching online for such a story I discovered it didn’t exist. This story will aid that problem. This novel will depict our favorite characters in a daring robbery full of double crossing, romance, revenge and a little bit of magic. It is my hope that this story will be something both fairytale and heist lovers will enjoy.
The Saphire Necklace of Cerebella

This is the very first novel I have written. I wrote this story during a class called Novel in A Year. The Saphire Necklace of Cerebella is about a girl named Lindsey who struggles with fear. That is until one day, the sapphire necklace she was gifted for her birthday transport Lindsey into a world of her own imagination, her mind. There, Lindsey must battle with her own fear or risk being trapped in her mind forever. My teacher enjoyed my story so much he suggested I submit it into a story contest. This book was a huge step in my book writing career, and it is my hope to publish it one day.
A Star Wars and King Arthur retelling

This is a short story exercise I will write based off of Star Wars and stories of King Arthur. I came up with this idea around the same time I came up with Murder and Midnight. This story intends to reimagine Star Wars as an Arthurian tale with the jedi being the Knights of the Round table and Luke’s lightsaber as Excalibur. This project will be a lot of fun to write and will be a good exercise to grow my writing abilities.

One Thousand Fun Summers is a book series based off of the one thousand summers Peter Pan and Tinker Belle spent together before Wendy. Throughout my entire childhood I grew up hearing Peter Pan stories from my mom. This series will be a testament to that childhood and the stories she used to tell me. This series will be co-written by my mom and me. It is my hope mothers will read these books to their daughters one day like my mom did for me.

The Dying Dawn is the first book in a five-book series I am currently writing. This book is based off of a film my best friends and I made while in high school. This story has grown me as a writer in every possible way. From character development and world building, to establishing a writing style the creation of this book series has transformed me as a writer. The first draft of this book is already complete, and it is my hope to publish this series soon after graduating college.

This is the third book in my five-book series. This book is perhaps the most complex book in the entire series. Due to this, I had to learn how to write a complex plot in a way that is understandable to the audience. This book also taught me about how to write good pacing for a novel. It is my hope to finish writing this book in the fall of 2030.

This will be the final book in my five-book series. The plan is to complete writing this book in 2033. My hope with this series is to tell an enchanted tale that captures the reader’s attention and connects them with the characters in a deep level. I also want to provide a series that is both entertaining and clean. I have been working on this series for five years now and if I do nothing else in my career, I want to get these books published. These characters and plot are so close to my heart, and I want to share them with the rest of the world.

This is a children’s book I will write and illustrated based off of a story my mom use to tell my sisters and I as kids. This will be my very first children’s book I will publish. This story is meant to be a whimsical tale mothers and young daughters could bond over. The book is also meant to be a gift to my mom as a thank you and a testament to her legacy.
